Who is a Neighbor?

If, however, you are keeping the Law as supreme, in obedience to the Commandment which says "YOU ARE TO LOVE YOUR FELLOW MAN JUST AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF," you are acting rightly, (James 2:8)

Mat 22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

In the Holy Bible, both "fellow man" and "neighbor" are translated from the Greek word "Plesion" which is defined by Strong's Concordance as:

4139 plesion play-see'-on: neuter of a derivative of pelas (near); (adverbially) close by; as noun, a neighbor, i.e. fellow (as man, countryman, Christian or friend):--near, neighbour.

Some translations of the Holy Bible write "neighbor", so to a Christian, who is a "neighbor" or "fellow man"?

Certainly someone who blasphemies Our Lord Jesus Christ by calling Him a "jew" is not a neighbor nor a fellow man.  He is someone who must be expelled from this Christian nation:

"...we command you, brethren, on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us", 2 Thessalonians 3:6

"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14

Certainly someone who believes that our children should be prohibited from saying a simple spoken Christian prayer in their classrooms should never be considered a neighbor nor a fellow man, particularly when they have taken control of our legal system and passed this law against the will of 70% of the people of this once great Christian nation.  They are to be counted amongst our enemies:

"They speak of you with evil intent; your adversaries misuse your name. Do I not hate those who hate you, O LORD, and abhor those who rise up against you? I have nothing but hatred for them; I count them my enemies", Psalms 139:21

Who are the 28% of Americans who are not neighbors nor fellow men who believe that Christian children should be denied this fundamental religious freedom, and why does this radical minority group get the privilege of dictating religious policy to the vast majority of Americans who are Christians?  By what process did they succeed in confounding the Holy Bible and the US Constitution, polluting our education and media and legal systems, and imposing their amorality on 264 million Christians in this country?  How do they prevent the US government, which is tasked through a $2 trillion federal budget to protect and uphold these institutions, from carrying out these important tasks while at the same time convincing it to waste its resources on futile, amoral, unjust foreign wars and entanglements? 

They did this so that Christian Israelites in the US would continue to pay the taxes which fund the removal of fellow Israelites from Israel by "jews" who aren't even descendants of the heirs of that land, but are instead mostly Khazars and other Ashkenazi jews who have no right to that land whatsoever, much less do they have the legal, moral, religious, international, nor historical right to kill the Palestinians in the process of stealing their land.

Palestinians are our neighbors and fellow men, not Khazars, not Ashkenazi jews, not descendants of Jehudi, and not even Sephardic jews, particularly when they've used their influence to dumb down our children regarding their genetic history as Israelites.  By doing this, they must be counted amongst our enemies.

THE ENEMY WITHIN THE GATE

It's a fundamental Christian principle that sodomites be punished to prevent young children from becoming sodomites and suffering a fate worse than death, which is one of the reasons that nationwide 80% of Americans support laws against sodomy.  Yet only 40% of New Yorkers oppose the legalization of "gay marriages", which means that almost two thirds (60%) of New Yorkers have accepted the chronic anti-Christian message broadcast by the "mainstream media" headquartered there.  We have been warned time and time again by the Holy Bible that having such a small minority of Americans in one part of the country who can be counted as neighbors and fellow men is a prescription for disaster, particularly when they have been permitted to enter our living rooms every day through radio, television, and the printed media.

Are niggers or jews or latrinos the friends or countrymen of Israelites? Absolutely no way. Are they Christians? Who can produce a single one who doesn't think the entire Ten Commandments are a "violation of my snivel rights"?  Are Muslims in Iraq or Saudi Arabia our "near neighbor"? Absolutely not. Are we COMMANDED to have nothing to do with them. Positively yes:

"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14

"Now we command you, brethren, on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us", 2 Thessalonians 3:6

What kind of nokriy are Israelites supposed to have as "neighbors" [read: plesion]?  What about the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, who God said "thou shalt smite them; then thou shalt utterly destroy them: thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor show mercy unto them"? What about the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites, who it was a sin even for Solomon to marry, and who caused even him to sin?

Jesus is saying here that only one type of person is to be our "neighbor", and that's Israelites (but clearly not all Israelites).

The word Neighbour that appears in the King James Version of the Christian Bible is depicted in Strong’s Bible Concordance as #7453, the Hebrew word, Reya, meaning "An associate (more or less close), brother, companion, fellow, friend, neighbour." Strong’s however, makes further reference to its primary root word, #7462; the Hebrew word, Raah.

Raah is translated as follows: a primary root, to tend a flock, ie. pasture it; instrans. To graze (lit. of fig); generally, To rule, by extension. To associate with (as a friend). Another Hebrew word applicable to the derivation of the word Neighbour is Shaken, #7934 of Strong’s Concordance. It translates as, a resident: by extension, a fellow-citizen: inhabitant, neighbour, nigh.

Despite these Hebrew root words whose meanings are more focused on racial kinsmen, Strong’s has typically translated the word neighbour in its popular, common usage rather then by its literal meanings. Such translation is similarly noticed among our own Folk today; using it in the context of common usage rather than by its true meaning.

A Neighbour is a kinsman from one’s own tribe or race specifically and cannot be simply referred to depict someone who lives in immediate proximity, geographically; or applied to anyone of any racial stock who happens to live nearby, but who cannot properly be called a Reya or Raah.

The English word neighbour, according to Webster’s 1828 Wordbook, is taken from the Saxon word ‘nehgebur’, a "nigh boor"- whose literal meaning, is a "boor" (countryman) living "nigh" (nearby).

Nigh has several meanings which strengthens the racial nature of the word when used with the word, Boor, i.e: 1. Near—not distant or remote in place or time.

2. Closely allied by blood; as a nigh kinsman.’ 3. Close-in fellowship; intimate in relation. An example is given: ‘Ye are made nigh by the blood of Christ.’ (Eph.2:13)

Here, I must point out that the bond that Christ had, and still has with Israel, is as a ‘Kinsman-Redeemer.’ "As for our Redeemer, the Lord of hosts is His name, the Holy One of Israel." (Isa.47:4)

The word, Boor is taken from the Saxon ‘gebur’, meaning: a countryman or farmer, or in Dutch, a ‘boer’ meaning, a rustic or farmer, or in German, ‘bauer’ meaning, a countryman and a builder. Thus it can be concluded that a ‘neighbour’ is primarily a Kinsman and is likened to being a brother—one willing to care for another’s needs such as anticipated from a kinsman. Thus doing the ‘neighbourly’ deed is to treat such kinsman neighbour’s as the Lord would behest or expect.

Further proving just who should be considered as one’s neighbour in the real sense and meaning of the word. King Jesus said: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, you shall love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets." (Matt.22:37-40)

Thus, by following His edict, "…You shall love your neighbour as yourself…", one honours the heavenly Father as well as his own father and mother. So, it is apparent that one should love his neighbour as he loves himself. How does one love himself? Like a brother of course. "Brethren’ or ‘brothers’ are words often used symbolically of those who follow and obey God’s Word and Laws. Yet, not all brothers obey God’s laws as St. Paul noted:

"I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with immoral people; I did not at all mean with immoral people of this world, or with the covetous and swindlers, or with idolators; for then you would have to get out of the world. But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he should be an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolator, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler—nor even to eat with such a one." 1Cor.5:9-11)

Strong’s translates ‘brother’ from the Hebrew root word, ‘Ach,’ no. #251 in Strong’s Concordance. Its meaning translates to: a brother (used in the widest sense of literal relationship and metaphorically, affinity or resemblence) another, brother, kindred, like, other.

Similarly, from the Greek word, ‘Adelphos’ we also can see this affinity with the word neighbour. It is #90 of Strongs Greek Concordance and means: a brother (literally or figuratively) near or remote.

Thus, from these definitions we can determine that a ‘brother’ is not simply one born of the same parents or someone with whom one has fellowship: he could be a lawbreaker and still an Israelite, for only Israel was given God’s commandments, statutes, ordnances and laws. All of creation was given God’s natural laws, of gravity and other physicals, but that does not mean that we are to minister similarly to all creation with the Laws, Commandments, Statutes and Ordnances that were given to Israel, as did St. Francis of Assisi, who preached the gospel to birds, etc.

Webster’s says of the word Brother: "In Scripture, the term brother is applied to a kinsman by blood more remote than a son of the same parents; as in the case of Abraham and Lot, Jacob and Laban." So, here we can see that the Biblical usage of the word brother befits not only those of a Congregation but also applies to one of the same genetic root stock, regardless of whether he was lawless.

Though Christ Himself referred only to those Israelites who obeyed God as His brothers (see Matt.12:49-50 & Mark 3:33-35), He was still the Kinsman-Redeemer of all Israel.

As a consequence and from now on and evermore, Israelites should be careful about how they use the word neighbour and also about those whom they fully accept as neighbours. As much as is possible today, ones neighbours should not only be Israelites, but lawful ones as well. A most difficult task in modern surroundings and more reason for an active Ecclesia to be founded.

Ecclesia itself is a transliterated word from the Greek and as such is not truly Israelite in origin. Its literal meaning is the "called-out ones" now identified in English texts as a Church. (not to be confused with the Greek, "kyriakos" defining an edifice or building.)

The true or more proper English word however to depict such a group would be Neighbourhood! Giving the mandate; "be ye separate" a whole new meaning as does the word, Neighbourhood!
