World Rape & Sexual Assault Convictions The most conservative estimate of the worldwide rape and sexual assault convictions shows that the US has a conviction rate 12 times higher than the world average and 75 times higher than Italy, Greece, or Japan. The Bureau of Justice Statistics estimates that there will be 81,291 convictions in the year 2000 in the US, compared to 142,500 convictions in the rest of the world, putting 36% of the world's rape convictions in the US. But this ignores the recent decreases in many US crime rates where Property Offenses decreased 38%, Murder and Negligent Homicide decreased 28%, Robbery decreased 30%, Assault decreased 23.5%, Other Violent decreased 12.6%, and Rape decreased 47%, at the same time that our prison incarceration rate doubled. It is possible that, rather than 325,165 men in prison for sexual assault this year, this doubling in the incarceration rate was due to the widely publicized increase in allegations of rape and sexual assault in the US, putting as as many as 1,080,000 American men in prison for sexual assault with more than 95% of those convictions based on LIES.
THE IMPACT OF FATHERLESSNESS Children who grow up without their fathers are 8 times more likely to be rapists than children who grow up in families. If we were to assume that those countries with the lowest rates of rape convictions, like Singapore, Syria, India, Greece, Italy, Japan, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Armenia, Ireland, Portugal, and Switzerland are also the countries with the highest degree of social stability, and thus the lowest rates of fatherlessness, then we could assume that their average of 0.6 convictions per 100,000 population represents family stability, and that a rate of 4.8 represents completely fatherless societies. The vast majority of countries fall within this range, and it is only countries with known high rates of fatherlessness like New Zealand, Kyrgyzstan, Korea, Belarus, Russia, South Africa, and the US which do fall outside the upper end of this range, suggesting that this is a valid hypothesis. The world average rape conviction rate of 2.7 suggests that the worldwide average rate of fatherlessness is 50%: A = % of families, 1 - A = % fatherless households, (0.6 x A + 4.8 x (1-A) = 2.7, A = .50, 1 - A = .50 A country like England with a rape conviction rate of 1.06 might thus be expected to have a rate of fatherlessness of 11%: (0.6 x A + 4.8 x (1 - A) = 1.06, A = .89, 1 - A = .11 Conversely, the US with a rate of fatherlessness of 40% should have a rape conviction rate of 2.28: (0.6 x 0.6 + 4.8 x .4 = 2.28 rape convictions per 100,000 population The fact that our rate is between 30 and 95 is more evidence that false allegations are responsible for 92.4 to 97.6% of those convictions.
